“I’ll start with Maddalena, our tour guide. She was wonderful in every respect. Well spoken, most attentive to our questions, and exceptionally friendly with our whole group. She is beautiful and energetic also - simply couldn’t have been better. Maddalena worked very well with our bus driver, Milko. He was also an impressive part of our tour. Exceptionally skillful bus driver with a desire to make our touring as safe and pleasant as possible. Having been a US Navy pilot for 22 years and an airline captain for another 13 years I was able to judge his driving skills. Very smooth power control, steering, alertness, and friendly. Maddalena said he would park to let us off the bus in places other drivers would not attempt. I told him he would make an excellent aircraft pilot too! I can’t think of anything that could have made our lengthy visit to Siena and Rome more exciting and complete. Thank you for your services.”

This happened to me several times, at various chapels throughout Italy. Connecting with saints of the past was an amazing experience.
