“I have never traveled with Unitours, but I can certainly justify a 5-star review! We were scheduled to travel on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land on November 5th through 14th (2023). The trip was obviously cancelled due to the war. Within three weeks the entire trip cost was refunded. There was no discussion, negotiation, or disagreement of any kind. The communication between Unitours and all the passengers was superb, just as it had been during the planning stages of the pilgrimage.

I know a person slated to also travel to the Holy Land one week sooner whose trip was also cancelled. The difference is that she was using another tour operator (name removed). She has been told by this travel company that they will not issue a refund. She was told that they will refund half of her fare, or the tour operator will hold the money until the trip has been rescheduled. If she doesn’t like those options, she can file a claim with her travel insurance company. Unitours didn’t ever mention insurance, they just did the right thing and refunded the money without hesitation!

This speaks most highly of the integrity of Unitours. Should I plan on going on another pilgrimage, I would definitely choose Unitours!”
